Entering the Golden Age!

Feeling sexy and sassy post menopause is some challenging shit!

Yup, I am done and free of my period at 49😳 I thought I’d be happy but a part of me feels sad. Not sure why yet. Gonna do some reflecting. I was deeply connected to my femininity, womxnhood, and motherhood.

Shedding, letting go, releasing, healing, and acceptance during this time brings about feelings of lightness and freedom.

Walking into my 50’s with some battle wounds, scars, lessons learned, and a real sense of who I am. It took me long enough but hey who’s to say when it’s our time to shine. We are all on our own individual journeys.

So here’s to taking the light with the dark and creating and showing up in our own special blend of magic💓
