Jothi is a grassroots community organization in the Greater Toronto Area. We are dedicated to bringing art for wellness solutions to families, parents, women - moms and entrepreneurs, learning environments, the workplace, and communities through safe, accessible, and inclusive space to take pause, breathe, reflect, process, release, grow, and have fun using ART.
1 out of 5 people in Canada have mental health issues. By the time Canadians reach 40 years of age, 1 in 2 have—or have had—a mental illness and 70% of all mental health challenges have their onset in childhood or adolescence*.
Engaging in creative activities can offer a much needed outlet for all of us.
The Jothi team sees everyone using creative art tools to help support us as we stand in our power as happy, resilient, well adjusted, and fulfilled human beings.
Let’s create together!
"Any form of art is a form of power; it has impact, it can affect change-it cannot only move us, it makes us move"
