HERSpace February Session

In these final days of the Year of the Snake, we are holding an energy of quiet honesty and deep listening.

The Snake teaches us that shedding is not forceful, it is natural. What no longer serves falls away when we are ready to see it clearly.

The energy around self-love, self-compassion, grace, and receiving now is tender, unhurried, and embodied. It asks us not to rush toward “better,” but to stay with what is being revealed.

As layers peel back, we may meet grief, relief, fatigue, desire, or truth we’ve long carried in silence.

Tender loving kindness looks like:

  • allowing what arises without judgment, offering softness instead of self-criticism,

  • honouring the wisdom of what survived, adapted, and protected us

  • resting in the knowing that we do not need to earn our worth

Grace, in this moment, is letting ourselves be seen by ourselves.

Receiving is allowing support, rest, and love to land—without apology.

This is not an ending to rush through.

It is a threshold.

And we cross it by meeting ourselves with care, honesty, and reverence for the truth that is emerging.

Join Jothi and the community for a circle that holds space for us to notice, observe, and sit with all that comes up.

Bring:

  • journal and pen
