Throughout the pandemic, we have witnessed the world increasingly calling in all of its leaders to cultivate a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for all of their employees within the workspace.

The COVID-19 Pandemic critically intersects with some of the biggest human rights, equity, and social responsibility movements in human history. As the world races to implement philosophies rooted in equality for all, corporate spaces are drastically falling behind.

As a result, over 43% of Women of Colour are leaving the corporate workplace to start their own competitive firms, even though over 76% of Women of Colour in these industries have unique skills from their lived experience to be powerful leaders in the corporate space (PowerHER).
